ZEROGLASS PAINTSTOP
ORV SYNTHETIC PAINTSTOP
Zero Glass ® is a white and green paintstop 100% made of polyester, 90% of which coming from regenerated fibers. Suitable for spray booths and repair shops’ ovens, it is safe and easy to use. As it doesn’t contain glass fiber, you don’t need personal protective equipment to handle it.
The unique structure, more open on the front and progressively compacting up to a smooth layer on the air-outlet side, allows gradual clogging for high dust holding capacity, 0,10% dust penetration and a longer lifespan when compared to other traditional systems. They can also be used on the wall or assembled in pockets.
You can use Zeroglass® in the conventional way on spray booths’ floors, in an upright position or assembled in pocket filters.
Tested according to standard ISO 16890 and manufactured with the highest quality standards.

Specifically designed to prevent any release of particles and ensure a defect-free paintwork, ORV ceiling filters are 100% made of elastic, break-resistant polyester fibers.
Thermo-bonded media with progressive density, its fibers are treated with tackifier to:
- Maximize filter performances
- Increase dust holding capacity
- Extend filter life span
A reinforcing support on the outlet air side ensures filter stability, minimizing risks of damage to the clean air side during installation.

TB ECO is ORV’s bi-color prefilter, made with 100% recycled polyester.
The inlet air side is easily recognizable thanks to the light green layer, whose color is coming from recycled PET, in green natural shade.
Maintenance activities are quicker and error-free. No resin, nor dyes.
Thermo-bonded with low preassure drop and high dust holding capacity, available from G2 to G4, this media features a progressive density structure, to gradually capture dust all along the mat’s thickness, for a longer and more efficient service life.
